Cavatelli are a kind of pasta originally from Molise, lately acquired by Apulia tradition. Obtained by a mixture of flour and water, they are a hand-crafted, long shaped and hollow kind of pasta.Taste them with Bolognese sauce or vegetables such as broccoli or cardoncelli mushrooms! Cavatelli nowadays represents a typical culinary delight from Apulia, where they’re generally served with pork meat sauce or with grinded meat and spigatelli (regional vegetables).
