Its name could originate from the city “Troia” situated in the area of Foggia.Vinification: white wine vinification at low temperatures “troia”grapes, a brief contact with the skins before a light pressing. The wine remained on yeast lees for six months (battonage) which gives it structure and body, it is a full and balanced rosé that completes its fermentation in autoclave, remaining slightly moved. The wine: an elegant wine with a coral pink crystal, a fragrance smell divided between berries, hawthorn, climbing roses with a fresh hint of coconut. The palate shows good freshness enlivened by a right perlage. As aperitif is accompanied by rich pasta dishes and appetizers. To taste fresh at 8-10 ° C.
