The wine: Intense red colour, with full and rich smell and aromas of red fruit, black cherry and cherry.  The palate is pleased with a persistent aroma with well balanced ripe tannins.
Best served at 16/18 ° C with cheeses, cold cuts and red meat.

Medium size pentagonal leaf, conical cluster,cylindrical, winged, grape medium spheroid  The vineyards are cultivated with Guyot system, with the production no more than 2 – 2.5 kg per vine stamp.The vinification: the grapes, whose maturation is reached in early September, is harvested by hand to be diraspo-pressed as soon as possible.  Once the fermentation starts at controlled temperature (22/25 ° C) ,the must is pumped up and it is subjected to delestage till to the end of the process.  The post-fermentative maceration allows the extraction of produced glycerin and sugar alcohols for softness and elegance.
