You have the right to terminate your contract with soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ®, without penalty, within ten (10) days from the day of receipt of goods purchased on www.saporipugliesi.it.
To cancel the contract you must send an email to: info@saporipugliesi.it clearly indicating your identity, your order number, your returns and reasons for return.
The shipping costs are at your expense, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.

The Right of Withdrawal – besides compliance with the terms and procedures described above, is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met:
1. E-mail must be properly completed and forwarded to info@saporipugliesi.it within 10 days of receipt of goods;
2. products must not have been used or damaged;
3. products must be returned intact and in their original packaging;
4. returned products must be sent to soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ® (namely at the following address:  Via Anita Garibaldi, 41-74016 Massafra (TA) in a single shipment. Soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ®, in fact, reserves the right not to accept the parts of same order returned and delivered at different times.

If the return right is exercised in the manner and time limits specified in this paragraph 6, soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ® shall refund the amounts paid for the purchase of products, net of shipping charges for delivery of the products purchased.
Soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ® will give you back, in addition to the amounts paid for the purchase of products, shipping charges for the delivery of the purchased products, only in the case that the return of the products is made for reasons attributable to soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ®, as in the case where the products do not meet their main certified characteristics, present production defects, or there were errors in the delivery of the same.
The money will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date when soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ® has learned about your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedure, once we verify the correct execution of the terms and conditions mentioned above, as indicated in paragraph 7.
If they do not comply with the procedures and terms for the exercise of your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph 6, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of the money paid to soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ®; however, you can reobtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ®. If the case is contrary, soc. coop. Odori e Sapori di Puglia ® can keep the products in addition to sums already paid for their purchase.
