The wine: Intense red colour, with full and rich smell and aromas of red fruit, black cherry and cherry.  The palate is pleased with a persistent aroma with well balanced ripe tannins.
Best served at 16/18 ° C with cheeses, cold cuts and red meat.

Aging: In barriques Never for 6 months, then in bottle for 5 months. It should be putted into a carafe and then it should be drunk in large ballon.
Store it horizontally up to 5 years after harvest.
