A tradition says that Friselle have been brought by Aeneas when landing in Porto Badisco: it is bagels bread, cut in half, crosswise, by a thread, and fired a second time in a warm oven; once the frisella was the traditional meal of our farmers that condivano with fresh tomato, arugula and extra virgin olive oil. Today frisella and become a terrific meal that is fully part of the Mediterranean diet.
