Trullo Bianco is a typical wine from the Itria Valley. It is produced from grapes 85% Verdeca and 15% Minutolo. Dry and fresh with pleasant fruity and vegetal notes, it is drunk young and its little part of Fiano/Minutolo makes this white wine pleasantly scented.
