– 1 orange
– raw spinach and pine nuts
– a handful of roasted black olives without pit
– DOP extra virgin olive oil
– one lemon juice, salt and pepper
Wash the spinach carefully and cut them roughly. Peel the orange and divided in slices, then cut them in two pieces and add them to the spinach. Add pine nuts as required, black olives and dress with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
