Ingredients:

1 kg yellow potatoes
300 gr semolina flour
1 egg
Salt
Nutmeg
200 g Odori e Sapori di Puglia dried tomatoes

Method:
Boil the potatoes and mash them before they lose their heat. Pour the flour on a clean and dry pastryboard, make a well in the centre and put the mashed potatoes, the egg and a pinch of salt in it. In the meanwhile, cut Odori e Sapori dried tomatoes in stripes and amalgamate the dough carefully. Create some cylinder and line them with a fork. Choose your dressing and enjoy your gnocchi!
