Edit an order

  • If upon my order I used a discount coupon, by deleting one of the minimal options for entitlement, what happens?
    Unfortunately, Sapori Pugliesi will have to eliminate the promotion for lack of the necessary conditions for obtaining it.
  • If I add an item to a pending order, the shipping costs are calculated how many times?
    The shipping costs are calculated only once.
  • Can I postpone the date of submission of an order?
    You can safely do so by sending an email communicating the date of dispatch.
  • Is it possible to merge two orders with different payment methods?
    We’re sorry, but the method of payment must be the same.

What is the validity period of a promotion?

  • The period of validity of a promotion is always indicated. It is recommended that you use the coupons before the expiry date of the voucher.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery address of the same (see page related to shipments and delivery)

Products availability

  • If I order today, can you tell me the expected time of delivery?
    Availability is usually displayed on the product page.
  • What happens if the product is available?
    If the product is already in stock we are immediately sending it and will be delivered by courier.
  • What happens if the product is not available?
    If the product is not in stock, shipping will wait until the ordered products are in the stock again. The order to the supplier is automatic, but unfortunately delivery times are not the same for everyone.
  • Can I find out what are the waiting times?
    Of course, the Customer will immediately be informed by an e-mail about the actual availability of the ordered product and will give indications on waiting time, if any.
  • Can I change the order if the product is not yet available?

Delivery delays

  • What do I do if the delivery is delayed?
    In the case that product is not available, Sapori Pugliesi will inform the customer via e-mail, where the customer will be able to confirm the order accepting the new shipment date, or request a change of order.
  • Will there be a double shipment?
    Orders are usually processed with fully available goods, but if the waiting time should be prolonged, the customer can request the shipment of the available goods.


  • What guarantee is offered in case of defective product?
    The warranty applies to products that present lack of conformity not evident at the time of the purchase, if the product is used with due diligence. The warranty does not cover damages due to negligence and carelessness in using and maintenance of the product.
  • How long will I have to wait for the replacement of a product?
    If it is available, it will be resent immediately, otherwise it will be necessary to wait for the time set by our supplier.
  • Who is in charge of the shipping costs?
    The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer, while those of the new shipment will be on charge of Sapori Pugliesi.
  • What is the procedure in case of defective product?
    If defects and/or malfunctions are detected, they must be reported within 60 days of the observation of the defect to Sapori Pugliesi to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number). To be sent by registered mail r/ra Sapori Pugliesi Via Anita Garibaldi, 41-74016 Massafra (TA) – Italy, a written and signed statement providing the packing slip, indicating the shipping code and customer code. Send the product suitably packaged with the purchase invoice.
  •  The warranty is personal?
    The warranty is personal and can be applied only to the original Customer.


  • Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
    Certainly, purchases on the site are governed by Italian law on mail order sales and you may return the product you have purchased within 10 days of receipt at your own expense.
  • What is the procedure to follow?
    You must send, within 10 working days from the receipt of goods, a request where the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal is stated, contacting Sapori Pugliesi to get the Return Authorization Number (RMA). To be sent be registered mail r/r a: Sapori Pugliesi Via Anita Garibaldi, 41-74016 Massafra (TA) – Italy a written and signed statement of intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by providing the shipping bill and the full address to which you want receive reimbursement.
  • How do I get the refund?
    Sapori Pugliesi shall proceed to the return relative to the cost of goods shipped within 30 working days of receipt of goods by the customer and not before the receipt of goods, excluding shipping costs (Article 5, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree of 22/5/1999).
  • The right of withdrawal is always valid?
    No, the right of withdrawal decades if the returned product is not intact, if it’s not in its original packaging, in the absence of product components (case, warranty, accessories) or if the product gets damaged for reasons other than transportation. Sapori Pugliesi will reject all non-packaged products, as well as the products whose return shipping cost hasn’t been payed by the Customer.
