Tuna croutons are one of the easiest appetizers to prepare, nevertheless they’re always well appreciated.
Open the tuna can and drip the oil in excess. Mix it with mascarpone cheese, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt, chives and mustard. Cut the bread into triangle shaped slices and spread some butter on them. Put the croutons on a baking tray and bake them for some minutes with low heat; take out of the oven as soon as the slices surface looks golden coloured. Finally, put the cream into a baking syringe and garnish the bread slices all along thier edges. Lay down in the oven for a while and serve warm.
To mellow the butter, dilute it in some water: it will be soft and creamy.
You can add an handful of capers at the end of the cooking, to give a final coloured touch to your dish!
